Role Overview

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 2-3 years of experience to manage financial records, handle accounting operations, and support our finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely completion of month-end closing activities.

Working closely with the finance and operations teams, you will assist in preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. What You'll Do

  • Maintain and update accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and general accounting functions.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate cash flow records.
  • Handle TDS deductions, GST filings, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
